BLUEGUM ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS
It’s not just talk – our awards speak for our commitment to excellence. Bluegum is proud to be recognised for our dedication to customer service and quality installations.
Our accolades include:
At Bluegum, we believe your home deserves the same care and attention we’d give our own. That’s why we approach every project with a holistic, long-term mindset—providing genuine solutions, not just selling products.
We don’t do cookie-cutter quotes, cheap shortcuts, or commission-driven upsells. Every system we design is based on what’s right for you, using only trusted products we’d proudly install in our own homes. It’s about delivering lasting value, not just ticking a box today.
Unlike many companies, our highly trained in-house team looks after your project from start to finish—design, installation, service, and rebates—so nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll never be left chasing subcontractors or feeling like just another number.
At Bluegum, we often say, “No one is perfect, but we can communicate perfectly—even when things don’t go as planned.” It’s how we keep trust strong, every step of the way.
While good enough might be enough for some, we believe in going the extra 1%—just like water needs one more degree to boil and create steam that can power a train, that final push makes all the difference.
As one of our clients put it, “From start to finish, Bluegum were professional, supportive, and went above and beyond to deliver exactly what they promised.”
When you work with us, you’re not just getting a solution—you’re getting a team who treats your home like their own and always aims to deliver that extra degree of care that makes all the difference.
Our team at Bluegum is the local force behind our expertise. Located right at 52A McDougall Road, Sunbury, each of our team members is not just an expert in their field but also a local who genuinely understands your specific energy needs. We’re proud of our rigorous in-house training, ensuring everyone is up-to-date with the latest in smart home energy solutions. Ready to offer advice, installation, or maintenance, our local, highly-trained crew is dedicated to helping your home become energy-smart in the most effective and trustworthy way.

Bluegum began in 2014 when Josh and Chantel combined their strengths—his hands-on experience delivering quality electrical work, and her passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. From day one, we knew we didn’t want to be just another trade business. We wanted to raise the standard.
What started as a small, local operation has grown into a leading team delivering solar, air-conditioning, and electrical solutions across the Macedon Ranges and surrounds. But our mission has never changed: to make life easier, more comfortable, and more sustainable for local families, without cutting corners.
We’ve built Bluegum around a simple idea: real solutions start with understanding the whole picture. That means thinking beyond just a PowerPoint or a solar panel—asking what problem you’re trying to solve, what experience you want at home, and how we can design a long-term solution that supports your lifestyle.
Whether that’s running your home on solar and battery, keeping cool without relying on gas, or just lighting up the backyard for a winter kick of the footy—we’re here to help you power life, your way.
Behind the scenes, we’ve worked just as hard to create a great place to work—supporting local families with a career that’s flexible, meaningful, and close to home. When you put people first—your team and your clients—great things follow.
When you’re ready for reliable, integrated energy solutions, Bluegum Electrical Solutions is here to make it easy. Start by booking your free onsite consultation & quote to see how we can help you achieve efficient, sustainable energy for your home or business.
