As Operations Manager, Georgia keeps the ship running smoothly, ensuring the field team is set up for success and the schedule is one point. She’s in charge of the day-to-day operations solving any problems that arise. Georgia is cool-headed and nothing stresses not matter the problem she’ll get it sorted.
Drawing from her background in recruitment and customer service, Georgia is dedicated to providing excellent service and support to our clients. One of her favourite aspects of working at Bluegum is helping families achieve their goals and saving them time and stress.
When she’s not at work, Georgia enjoys spending time with her partner Josh (Another Josh!), engaging in activities such as camping, and netball, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
